Tu Shanshu
Seven hundred years ago, great war ravaged the land, decimation lanced across peoples and races and creeds, inexorable. Seven hundred years ago, everything ground to a sudden, bloody halt. Tu Vishan, now known to the people of Keeliai as 'Asti', was one of two great turtles to survive the calamity, and he did what has not been done for millions of years. He freed himself, and he swam. In the years since, he has not stopped.
He is now a beacon, a refuge. A testament to the strength of will that all creatures exert to survive. And on his back is the only city left in on the planet that's free of the dark influence of Malicant, a being so terrible that some have already given the cause of fighting it for lost. The Emperor Eshai, who has reigned in Keeliai for as long as Asti has swam, tried at first to summon heroes to her cause. Her first attempt failed. Instead, she brought the kedan into Konryu. A fierce and warlike species from a dying planet, the improper use of her magics damaged them, and made them what they are today. Her second attempt brought heroes true enough, but they were lost when Sinbrilee, Asti's sister and the other surviving turtle, died and sank to the ocean floor.
Keeliai straddles the three realms of Life, Death and Dreaming. Now revealed to be literal places, Keeliai exists in the plane of 'Life', and Death is currently ruled by Malicant's iron fist.
Arrival in Keeliai is not pleasant. Upon waking, you find yourself in a basin of water, and the Emperor is standing beside you, ensuring that you have survived the transition. He gives you a simple once over, and departs from the room before you regain enough strength to speak. Instead, his attendants flock to you, helping you out of the water with hushed words. Don't mind the Emperor, they say quietly. Had a bit of a rough week, he has. If you ask where you are and how you've come to be here, they'll explain what they can. That you've been brought to Keeliai to fight a great evil, and they hope you're a better warrior than the last bunch. If you try to pursue that line of questioning, though, other kedan will shush the one that spoke, and stiffly inform you that the rest is the Emperor's business.
You are here to fight a war. Just possibly, you are here to bear witness to the end of the universe. Perhaps you'll get a chance to be a hero, or perhaps you'll die trying.

also second question regarding Elsa... at some point Nextwave was supposed to be its own universe but then Marvel decided to roll them into 616 even though a lot of Nextwave contradicts main 616 how would I handle that if I decide to app her?

Honestly, you could go either way with this one. You could use 'Earth-A' continuity (which seems to be referenced here) and treating any discrepancies or canon non-compliant 'hiccups' as the result of an alternate universe.
Or
You could just roll with the retcons and assume that it's always been a part of the main 616 continuity, and gently airbrush any inconsistencies until they're no longer an issue.
We're fine with either, since both are equally valid. It depends on your comfort level and preferences.
