As of next month, I will have been ~modding~ ATP for about five years now, give or take. I've had a great time doing this and it's been really fun running a community for so long (as much as one can "run" a little ad post once a month). But I think I've done my time and I'd like to step down and get another mod to take my place.
Ideally, I'd like for two people to run it. One who can be up/around for half of the evening and the other who can do the same while the first mod is asleep. It'd also be swell if these two people could work in tandem to make sure the meme goes up at the appropriate date/time without it being late or without the other mod needing to cancel plans or postpone the meme due to life circumstances. While it's not a difficult job and not too terribly time consuming, it'd be nice for the mods to not have to put an evening on hold or worry about the meme during RL emergencies just because something's come up.
Basically, you C+P the coding on each post, put it up, add some threads, and make sure everything links back nicely. Prowling for problematic threads is the second part of the job and making sure that everyone plays nicely. We've had a good run here and no one's been outlandishly hurtful (knock on wood) but it can happen.
