lastvoyages is highly focused on character development and relations. It's set on a barge in space, where everyone on board is either an inmate or a warden. Wardens are there to redeem inmates in exchange for absolutely anything! The Admiral fulfills their deal once they graduate an inmate. Deals can range from something as simple as wealth and riches to something as selfish (and/or noble) as the return of a deceased loved one. Inmates have died or are near death (canonically or an invented circumstance), and are in need of a second chance: they get that opportunity on the Barge.
The game is of a medium size and pace, journal based with an easy AC, with several small game wide events a month. It's a CR intensive game, with a mix of crack and serious drama all rolled into one.
Applications open at midnight tonight and will be open for exactly a week! If anyone has questions or concerns about apping a character, we do have a potential apps page, where members can chime in and give input on any character you're thinking of apping. If that's too short a time frame, don't worry - apps open the first full week of every month!
