The Game, In a Nutshell!
☀A Victorian-esque, steampunk influenced city surrounded by horrifying magical fog that messes with a character's head. Also includes a low-tech medieval-esque village, an underground city of vice, a pocket dimension full of imported locations and monsters, and an island dedicated to your law and order needs. ☀Multigenre, with survival, horror and mindgamey elements. ☀Minimal or no power-nerfing in most locations and nonpowered characters can gain mist-endowed powers upon arrival. However, there is also... ☀An undercity filled with decadence and crime where no one has superhuman abilities. ☀We allow pets, and equipment to come through with your character or follow them later! ☀Community-based, but with voice mail for private threads, etc. ☀Monthly optional Broadcast Mind event, in which characters' memories, dreams, fantasies, etc. are aired in the Network comm. ☀Generally one or two modplots per month, which vary in length from 2-3 days to a week or more, depending on the plot. ☀Game-wide player-run plots permitted (and encouraged!) ☀Two pieces of activity per month Activity (network posts, logs and long threads all count), with opportunities for saves if you need them. ☀200+ characters, medium-paced most of the time.
