Somarium is a multifandom RP based on the concept of dreams. Basically, when you arrive into Somarium, a "dream self" is created. This means that your original, physical body is still in your world, carrying on like usual. For that "dream self", however, it is as if you were plucked out of your world and tossed into Somarium with no known way out. abax

Abax is a big, fast-paced horror game that is set in a city of perpetual night. 250+ characters, and it moves pretty quickly (slower than Mayfield and Paradisa, about on par with Siren's Pull). But, it's also very fun, and it makes it really easy to get CR.

Abax is set in an abandoned city where time passes, but the sun never rises. Everything is stocked in stores and such, so there's lots of looting that can be done, but all the running water is cold and the electronics are permanently on or off. TVs air silent snow 24/7.

The OOC environment is friendly, and player-based plots are welcomed and encouraged and the mods work very hard to facilitate them. The game runs in real time.

The game has strong horror overtones, which comes through during the events (currently it's killer mannequins). Violence is common during events (but nothing beyond what BtVS/AtS characters are used to).

Project Gemini is a panfandom, community-based jamjar set in a slightly tech-advanced version of Minneapolis. Except it's not. Because it's not a jamjar at all -- characters (though they don't know it yet) are clones of their original selves, brought into the world to populate a new one.

The people who created the clones will be running them through trials (events) to insure that they're good choices to start the new society. These trials will take place over the rest of the uncivilized portion of the new planet, Geminus, and will involve anything from dragons to dinosaurs to space stations. Tests of ingenuity and survival ability.

Project Gemini is a medium-paced, sci-fi, plot-intensive mystery game. Currently, the goal is for characters to discover who brought them to the city, how and for what purpose. As well as the curious question of what exactly the barrier around the city is, according to the mayor, keeping out.

Activity check is the last week of every month and constitutes ONE of the following: 1 comment thread (of 10+ comments from your character), 1 network post, or participation in one log. Apps are reviewed on the 1st and 15th, but they're always open for submission.

The darkest elements of the Port begin to crawl out after sunrise, when monsters begin to walk the streets freely.

From Top Cow Comics, we have Dani Baptiste from Witchblade and Sister Mariella from The Magdalena in our game already and we'd love more castmates!

ataraxion is a mature, plot-driven, medium-paced, survival/horror game... in space.
Characters find themselves on board the Tranquility, described as an "enormous Lovecraftian cathedral". The goal is to reach the planet Ataraxia, where characters might be able to return to their own worlds. But they're going to have to actually survive in order to get there, first.
Survival is also a big thing here. Unlike most games, character death is a permanent effect on the Tranquility.

If you have any questions/are interested, hit me (or any of the other players) up. We're a very loving bunch that welcome our survival/horror brethren under our wings.

It's pretty medium-paced, although activity level can spike during mod-plots. However, there are many players who are totally kosher with back-tagging, so that's a plus.

Welcome to Badfic Manor! When your character wakes up, they find themselves in an alternate dimension generated by a fledgling fanfiction writer's story.

Unfortunately she's not very good at it.

About Us:
Badfic Manor is a currently small, flexible, slow-to-mid paced panfandom, community based game, with an extremely friendly playerbase and a fairly laid-back mod-team!

The setting is basically crack played straight - while the plots range from serious to thorough crack, we encourage player plots and long-term character development. While it's usually around the obligatory "Manor House" and its grounds, there's periodic "field trip" plots and others that will change the scenery. Plots typically last from one to two weeks, and there's a pretty constant rotation of something to do or react to; they range from silliness - genderswitches, clothes disappearing in sunlight, that week the Author had her wisdom teeth out and the drugs affected the Manor, etc., to MUN-option things - a childhood fears plot, age/canon-shifts, AU self-swaps - to more survival focused - finding themselves in Jurassic Park or on the Titanic, a slasher-flick trope-killer turned loose on the Manor, or Raccoon City. We're always open to plot suggestions from players too! We accept live-action, video game, anime, comic, etc. characters with no bias; we also encourage lone canon warriors and obscure canons or canons not often found in RP! Activity Check is fairly light and we encourage back-tagging.

clock_town is a panfandom, community-based rp based on Majora's Mask. Knowledge of the game isn't required to play. Characters will have ten "days"--twenty real-time days-- to explore the world and try to find a way home. At the end of those ten days, the world ends, and time starts over.

That is, the world around them is reset to the first day, while the characters themselves still remember everything that happened to them. They're stuck in a time loop, and the only way out is to figure out how to stop the world from ending and do it. Of course, there's other things to do, too. Find a place to sleep, work to get some food, do sidequests, find masks...

So, Cho is a hacker and a technopath (which is huge part of what makes her such a good hacker, cause without it she'd be considerably more clumsy in the net) and she's got kind of a soft spot for people in dire straits. If your character needed to immigrate and couldn't do it legally and couldn't afford to pay for a top-notch forgery, it's possible she could have taken pity on you.

If you can pay, she would have still done it. She would have just charged you. So for those who need a hacker with a heart, which kind of counts Loki out (just kidding ilu Mara), I've got this girl.
