It's been nearly two hundred years since the domes were built to protect the people of Verdana in their Great War against their sister planet, Antiqua. Not everyone was lucky enough to be chosen to live under the protective domes. Frequent bombing raids have reduced anything outside the domed cities to rubble. Billions of lives were lost outside the domes. Over the years the bombings became less frequent. To this day, no one from the outside is allowed within the domed cities for fear of spies and heretics. The area outside the great domed cities came to be known as the Outer Divide.
Over time, the survivors in the Outer Divide slowly began to band together and rebuild something of a society. The majority of Outer Inhabitants live within what they call the Old City. It's here that an ancient space ship crashed. From that ship new comers emerged that would change everything.
