capeandcowl is a panfandom, comm-based game with a superhero theme and an ongoing metaplot, set in a city (the City) in an alternate version of the real world.

Minako here is currently a lone canon warrior, and I would love to be able to welcome any cast members from Persona 3, Persona 4, or Persona 4 Arena. SEES, Strega, the Investigation Team, Shadow Operatives, social links, Velvet Room residents, anybody. Characters who don't already have superpowers can gain them on arrival, so the sky's really the limit.
