Hush, the coding wasn't bad. Still the link was probabally easier.
I do have a question if you don't mind? I read something about their being mandatory missions (through time?) and I wondered how those were handled in game. I couldn't find very much on them.

The missions can be for a variety of purposes--they're not all combat oriented, despite the weapon thing. For example, last month there was a mission to a time period in Australia's future (but still the past for the Exsilium residents) where people basically just sat around being shut-ins on the computer most of the time, and to prompt a certain change in societal development, characters who went on the missions were asked to perform, essentially, acts of vandalism to disrupt their technology and get them out of the house. This was a non-mandatory mission, I think. For it and other missions/plot events like it, there was a mass log in which people were free to make their own threads. I can snag an example if you like.
As for the mandatory stuff, there's this from the FAQ--
"When characters are summoned on missions, their tablet will make a very loud and high-pitched alarm noise that will only be deactivated upon their arrival at the Initiative Hold for a mission debriefing. If characters do not respond within a certain amount of time, the alarm will become increasingly louder; until such point where, should a mission embark, the character will be swept into the thick of it via an "emergency" add-on to a tablet that allows a sort of subpar jumping-off point for mission summons. Essentially, any tablet can be used as a teleportation platform when absolutely necessary, and will be done only in mandatory mission cases and with the most unwilling of characters.
In the event that your character is not anywhere near a tablet, they will instead be retrieved by members of the Initiative—for the greater good."
I just apped in April, so I haven't experienced any mandatory missions yet. OOCly, as far as I know there's no "YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SENDING YOUR CHARACTER OUT ON MISSIONS, TSK TSK" scolding! Let me know if I didn't answer your question fully, or if you'd like something more specific.

I'll have to give it some thought. Thanks for taking the time to suggest the game and answer my question. It is very nice of you.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and good luck finding a game whether it's this one or not /o/
