If a combination of comm-based and journal doesn't bother you, I play Artemis at dramadramaduck. The premise is that everyone's connected to a multiversal DW community, so there's usually posts to the community itself, but journals have some play too. It leaves a lot of room to do whatever, whether pulling other people into canon events or, admittedly, some crack (particularly with the monthly viruses). But otherwise, I hope it fits the bill.
