thebastion has a couple of silent protags (Hilda from Pokémon, the Kid from Bastion, maybe some others but I'm not sure offhand) and is comfortably small and slow (there's a 3:1 OOC:IC day ratio)! It's based off the video game Bastion but having played it isn't a requirement and everything's outlined very neatly. Everyone's brought to the Bastion after their worlds are destroyed in the Calamity, and there's a neat mix of slice-of-life in between monthly events.
