high_seas has a Mami that would love a Madoka! It also has a pretty decently-sized Pretty Cure cast. It's a medium-paced community-based game that is based on pirate lore with player-run ships and crews. It also has a bi-monthly activity check, which in my opinion doesn't get much easier than that.
