She's 17 years old. Orphaned by Augustine. No she's never stayed in the Cay, but she was caught and poked at and lost her parents because of the DUP. She's been on her own for years, occasionally finding other Conduits to live with.
She's also your typical teenager in that she does play the MMO mentioned in inFAMOUS, HEavens Hellfire under the name She who Emolates, so for anyone who wants to pick up Eugene, there you go.
