Ignore the journal! I have a hugely (canon?) AU version of Rupert Giles that I would love to find some roots for. He comes from the novel/s The Lost Slayer which can be summed up as a mid-season 4 AU where Giles is the king vampire of Sunnydale and LA.
Preferences: - Medium to slow pace - All genres ok except anything that's strictly slice of life - Open to villains (and lets them sometimes do their thing) - No power/ability nerfing (I'd prefer to keep him a Buffyverse vampire) - Obviously must allow this kind of canon AU - And finally: no castmates! :c I don't want to drop an unexpected AU on a pre-existing cast
