I've wanted to see a Thane on outer_divide for ages, and in addition to Captain Canada here, we have a Shepard, a Garrus and a Mordin too. OD's slowish and very backtag friendly, but has an ongoing metaplot and is really open for people to take their characters and pursue things in any direction.
