Well, we've got a small handful of ME characters over at outer_divide: Mordin, fem!Shepard, Kaidan, and Garrus ^^ The game is small, fairly slow-paced, and very backtag friendly, with an overarching plot with elements of sci fi, politics, mystery, and apocalypse aversion with a sentient spaceship and tangled timelines.

Plus, there's dinosaurs! That always spices up a setting, in my opinion :)
