WHAT I WANT

long term 1-on-1 psl partners, AND/OR a small group willing to play in a musebox setting!

i'm looking for someone(s) i can play regularly with. i'm specifically looking for someone who has plenty of time to dedicate to a psl; tagging every day is NOT necessary (sometimes i skip a day or three, too), but i'm not interested in always waiting two weeks to get a tag.

quick meme scenes are fine and all, but i really want to get back in to long term storylines! something with meat, with a goal, a resolution- whether that resolution is positive or negative. i'm really craving something more than a typical 10-tag long scene that has no continuinty.

WHAT I PLAY

i'll play any type of scene. horror, sci-fi, au, fantasy adventures, romance, comedy, throw them all at me, bro. my favorite types of scenes are horror/dark mindfuck themes and sci-fi, maybe with a sprinkling of shipping every now and then. as far as shipping goes, i can play smut, i can ftb, or i can keep things gen. atm i'm not very interested in smut, so i'm not looking for a psl dominated by smut scenes. ust and the like are pretty fun though, but it all depends on the characters and the chemistry, so we'll see how it goes!

WHO I CAN OFFER

i mostly play goobers from western video games. i prefer to play with other vidyas, comics, la, books, and ocs. i'm not all that keen on animanga characters, though. i haven't been in to the medium for a really long time, so i'm not likely to recognise or be particularly drawn to many animanga characters.

plus some more random obscures i'm rusty on. i have plenty of games to catch up on or replay, and plenty of oc ideas, so if you're looking for a particular type of character just let me know! it may be someone i haven't listed.

oh goodness, I've actually been at Haven before and it wasn't that bad of the game.( my last character wasn't that good of a fit. ) If I recall there's a test drive?

No, it makes sense! The game is more survival-based, since the setting is in a ruined city. As of August first, everyone was moved from the built-up ruined city where everyone had been getting comfy to a completely isolated ruined city with no pre-made buildings by an ocean. So now everyone's just trying to survive. The horror elements are more for some of the events that we've done.

For example, this past January we had a scavenger hunt which started off with collecting some innocuous items (ie: yarn, a pie plate, something made in Canada), but a second list was handed out halfway through that started asking for items specific to certain characters (ie: a Time Lord's regeneration energy, an angel's wing, someone's soul, etc.) or items that would have to be taken from them (ie: a green eye, whole fingernails, a drowned person, etc.). But not all of our events are horror-based since we're not strictly a horror game. Right now, they're more natural-based with the setting shift.

Law and Sabo would be much loved, squeed-over, and found happy places at High Seas! The Straw Hats and Spades are large, influential crews but with Luffy, Ace, and Bepo around, you'd never be hurting for something to do no matter who you pick.

Hi, there! We'd love Toph at thegames. It's usually a medium to fast-paced game based on the Hunger Games, and we already have an Aang (me!), a Zuko, and an Azula. Currently we have no casts over at my game, but I'd love to see either of your characters over at synodiporia! It's a slow to medium-paced game based around "jaunts" to different universes, in which you can either AU your character into the plot for that universe or stick around as an investigator and try to solve problems while you're there. I think it would be a great setting for Vriska (I am a Vriska fan haha) but I would also attempt to persuade you to bring a WoW character because I currently play Anduin there. ♥ No worries if you're not looking, though!

Our AC is currently 30 comments over the course of the month, and those can come from any amount of threads you want, as long as five of the comments are yours -- so six threads with five comments, two threads with 15, one with thirty...no posts required! We also reward super active characters with extra skills if they'd like them, or items from the universe they visit. So Vriska could learn even more crazy powers if she desired.

Our apps don't open until the first of October, but we will have a test drive up this month if you're at all interested in poking around.

Sadly there is not an Ace Attorney cast in eachdraidh, but I would love to see one! The game is medium to fast paced, and you can check out the premise here. Though the game's plot involves a war, there are many alternatives to fighting, plus there's a good mix of slice of life along with the action.

survival-horror and medium-paced, with a mix of all sorts of horror + survival-based events (like weather disasters) and an overarching plot which gets revealed slowly as time goes on. characters themselves have a lot of influence on both the modplot and the sorts of events that go down, and just about anyone can find a niche for ways to jump in on stuff. (which leads me to say - mako would prob be a good fit too!)

i also have a horror spaceship i could pitch you but that one's faster in pace.

I have looked at The Games before and the mechanics are interesting. I will say that as of right now, I'm only about halfway through Mark of Athena, so just to be fair to you, I wouldn't want to app in right now since I know Nico and Jason have some development in House of Hades.

I am interested, so I'll try to power through MoA and HoH in the next few weeks and work on an app. If you manage to find someone else before then, though, that's cool.
