We're fairly slow-paced! Our AC is 20 comments every two months, 10 comments per month, and we're a small game by ATP standards at just under 100 characters.

I play Robin over on saudade_rpg which is pretty slow and has an easy AC (5 network or 3 log comments every 2 weeks, with three strikes. The premise is centered around slice of life, with the occasional mission to another world.

Canon mates in general, but pretty much sadly seeking an Axel to play with on memes. I like both shipping and gen, and usually rather than a specific PSL I just string together meme interactions over time into a storyline.

Roxas is at CDC, which has infrequent application periods so if we jive well maybe transitioning into the game next app period too if there's interest, I know there's a Xion that has applied, so we might have the whole trio over time. That would be really great, I am really in to letting them finally have their friendships without complication in-game.

Other Organization members would be neat too.

Well, I don't know how this goes with your no slice of life since it's... semi-like one, but things are actually happening around there. Anyway over in empatheias Lancer could 'fit in' as there's me as Saber and an Archer. The game takes place on a floating island, above a super boned world, and is kept afloat by the power of emotions. Activity is light, backtags are abound, and monthly there are 'jobs' posted that can be taken up. The money aspect is really just a "so, I have money now" kind of thing, and it is more used for giving you a thing to play out with someone.

As said, I don't know how well this lines up with what you want, but I figure I should try and test the waters at least.

I mostly play antagonists so I definitely understand how important they are in game, but oh man I would love to play around with Iroh having to step up and take his mom's place. Even if that doesn't happen, having him handle all the changes since he last showed up in Korra would be great! I think I might go with him - thank you so much for the input!

The two that most caught my eye off your list had to be Merlin and Silena - especially Silena. Awesome character choice right there. I'd absolutely love seeing either of them over at eachdraidh, where both would have castmates. Merlin would have Morgana and Lancelot, Silena would have our pretty large Percy Jackson cast!

The game is comm-based on Dreamwidth, more than certainly backtag friendly, and the AC is really easy (10 network or 5 log comments a month). Pace is medium, I'd say, and the navigation post for all the info is here!

genessia fits every single one of your preferences! it already has a weiss, but it has plenty of castmates for lucy, as well as a few for ebihara and the pandora hearts. it's a game that has only a check-in ac, does have a network, and generally hovers around slow to medium pace (but it can pick up depending on the event and time of the year).

saudade_rpg does (I think), but the application is a bit more stringent. IN general, the mods take AUs on case-by-case basis.

I am definitely willing to play and ship any of the above, for anything really! m/m, m/f, f/f. I love doing "meme-like" things in museboxes but I also enjoy building personal storylines and have a fun time brainstorming anything.
