Yes, the Master will dedicate his endless boring time on the TARDIS to sweet talk the Doctor into letting him have a little freedom and a few adventures. Maybe an escape. I think the Doctor would appreciate having someone to see the universe with, even if said someone just wants to conquer and destroy it!
