I'm a very much one trick pony with one character actively played from the canon (even though I did make some other journals), but anyway! Offering up Legolas of the Tolkien fame, primarily played from the books (and also in bitty version), though I make exception for the Hobbit movies (except when it comes to characterisation, bc PJ butchers it up terribly) for PSLs of any variety! In short: if you have a Tolkien character, come at me and lets talk and play! Fair warning for slowness, however! But I do try to backtag as long as necessary, unless I get really swamped.

The Warehouse might suit your needs! It's a panfandom RP set in the Warehouse 13/Eureka universe (you don't have to be familiar with either show to join). We're slow-paced and AC's 10 network comments or 5 log comments a month (in a post of yours or someone else's).

- I’m not particularly interested in shipping or smut, but they aren’t dealbreakers. So long as there’s buildup and depending on the character, they’re not totally out of the picture.
- I can generally get in a tag once or twice a day, and I’m fine with either prose or brackets.

empyreanskies? It's a jam-jar, currently slow to medium paced (depending on player tagging) community based game with a -super- easy AC: just 3 comments out of a 6 comment thread per month! Applications will be open until January 11th; and we all welcome backtagging like beasts.

So a quick rundown: A vast majority of the gameplay and plot centers around adventure *YAY ADVENTURE*, and slice of life stuff with random events. Players are currently living on an airship traveling across the world of Empyreah, via airships, searching for ancient artifacts called Regalia which are said to have the power to send people back to their own worlds. There is a more underlying plot which will be revealed gradually, and there will also be missions and random events occurring each month or every other month depending on pace.
The game also deals heavily with powers being supported by artifacts known as Bracers, rather than abilities being powered by whatever power source characters have in canon; magic, mana, ki, etc. WIthout the use of these bracers, characters will not be able to use their abilities.
