Los Angeles has been North America's hotspot for both supernatural and superheroic activity for decades now, but recently that reputation has extended far into the otherworldly. While the Alternian and Skrull empires continue to breathe down each other's necks while threatening an invasion from the cosmic territories surrounding Earth, the war of a robotic species called Cybertronians has come to its streets. CONDOR, the government organization tasked with handling these matters, juggles diplomacy with defense, while the citizens of LA are left to deal with living in this increasingly chaotic world.
If the threats from the outside aren't bad enough, there's plenty of home grown bad guys looking to make a mess. Not to mention, the insidious infection of the unknown lifeforms seemingly rising from the Earth's core.

Capital H is a panfandom AU superhero game set in and around Los Angeles in a universe designed to accommodate all varieties of the supernatural and improbable: super powers, robots, aliens, magic, demons, ghosts, time travel, alternate realities, lost islands covered in dinosaurs - all coexist here, either as threats to the Earth, or in the shape of the heroes, costumed and otherwise (but mostly costumed) who fight to protect it. Fandom characters and OCs alike are welcome in this game, and what you make them in this AU is up to you - pretty much anything you can fit into the setting is welcome, and pretty much anything that you’d find in a comic book can fit into the setting.
Capital H is largely a sandbox game, with players encouraged to make their own plot, although there are mod-governed plot elements that will come into play. Players are also encouraged to contribute AU worldbuilding elements to the game - every new bit of character backstory contributes to the overall setting, to create a truly panfandom superhero universe.
