We at thegames would love to have Skye. We're based off the Hunger Games, with characters arriving into the game as Tributes to fight in the arena's. After death they're revived to fight once more, with downtime between the arena's spent in the Capitol. There's also opportunity to get involved in the side of the rebellion if that's your jam.

The only downside for your requirements is that we do have power limitation for the most part. Some arena's allow the use of powers but most of the time characters have them nulled.
