Could do, though she's more likely to just be sarcastic at him a lot, which might not be spatty enough for your wishes. If you want a proper argument it'd probably need to be after she's found out he's lied to her and emotionally blackmails her into helping him at the Chantry. She'd have helped, but been absolutely furious about it for a long while afterwards.
