I'd like to recommend tushanshu to you! We're more slow-medium in terms of pace, and we already have a Sansa (a la Alayne) in game.

We recently completed an in-game reboot with a new metaplot and new modteam, with the setting primarily about exploration and politics related to trying to build up a nation after a long era of war. We also have a regular event schedule with an itinerary posted at the start of every month and includes all the major events in that time, but with room for downtime in between; here's the one for March as an example.
