We're looking to fill some Sanctuary lines over at valar. It is a modern-day AU in which memories, abilities, and items from home may be redeemed on a monthly basis.

You live it every day. It's difficult, it's riddled with uncertainty, and it is filled with joy, love, disappointment and pain. But sometimes you have a feeling that this is not your life. It's a feeling that can't be explained, but you spend your life trying to explain it, trying to make sense of it.

Valar explores a duality embodied within each character. One version of the self exists in Orange County, living a life that seems ordinary, sounds ordinary, feels ordinary. The real self, whatever that might mean, exists only in a time and place which they are just starting to remember. As characters grow and live and interact with each other, they embark on a journey to piece together fragments of their forgotten dreams. They have to come to terms with who they really are, and what this life means to them.

This game was inspired by ABC's Once Upon a Time, Season Six of LOST & BBC's Sherlock, but you do not have to be familiar with any of these shows to play in the game.

Specifically, we are looking for John Druitt, James Watson, Will Zimmerman, Henry Foss, Sally, and Garris

We already have: Ashley Magnus, Helen Magnus, and Kate Freelander. With a possible Tesla in the mix.

There is a small amount of backstory that comes with John and Sally, but most anything is up for discussion! We'd love to build our cast up in this setting, as it gives a great opportunity to explore how relationships and lives might have gone differently if they'd lived "ordinary" lives. Not to mention all the wonderful opportunities that arise as everyone starts remembering their canon lives.
