Exactly! That's completely the way I feel, it's a super fun creative exercise explore what a character could possibly be like when you know very little about them. It's not as though you're trying to flawlessly predict everything about who they are, and then it becomes super interesting to see what similarities and differences there ends up being between your interpretation and their "canon" self. I remember back when Dreamscaperers first aired, it was amazing see how many of Bill's personality traits were actually shared with my theoretical version, and also in what ways he turned out to be very different from what I expected! It IS great how a fandom filled with so much code-cracking, mysteries and theorizing is open to that. <3
