It's on the slow side, so it may be slower than you're looking for, but you have a lot of people who would make monadexe very happy, so I gotta at least toss this out there, sob. AC is simple (point-based system, mods tally it up, so you don't have to count comments or stress thread lengths), and we have small casts from Sengoku Basara and both Warriors series! Powers aren't nerfed, although using them puts a character at a greater risk of encountering glitches, so there's incentive not to if you want to scare any of yours into behaving. It's slice of lifey in between the horror - the basic idea is that it's a digital afterlife that purports to be nice and peaceful except sometimes the system glitches and shit gets horrible.
