You should give Melodies of Life a look. melodiesoflife. It's definitely got a great fantasy setting, the monthly events and player plots are really fun, and there's a Luffy there too. People are good about cross-canon CR too. AC is easy, I don't have any problems keeping up with the flow, and it's pretty darn great all around.
