DRAGON HAVEN

Dragon Haven is a pan-fandom, small-sized, comm-based game. It's an infinite world crafted by dragons, tasked with maintaining life and death. All characters that enter do so on dragon-back, rescued from a hostile world to the havens they've created. Once inside the havens, though, anything goes. Villains may be brought in by the playful and curious dragons, while others may cause the world to transform in...interesting ways.

After meeting an activity requirement, players are also allowed - and encouraged! - to apply for pieces of their worlds (or others) to be brought in by the dragons as well. They do love pleasing the community they've begun to create, so plot suggestions are also encouraged.

Players in Dragon Haven can expect to find a vast landscape to explore, plots that not only span regions, but the whole world, in order to keep characters on their toes, a friendly, laid back environment, and a game where the possibilities are nearly limitless.

teleios

Teleios is a small, plot-based redemption game that is set in a fantasy world of the same name. Characters rack up a "debt" based on their canon and pre-canon actions, and are brought to Teleios in order to work that debt off by rebuilding the city in order to earn their passage into Utopia.

The game has no network, though it does have P2P and small group calling features. It's primarily action-based, and posts can be made in actionspam or prose formats, and everyone has demonstrated openness to either format. The game runs in real time where 1 day IRL = 1 day in game.

There are fully interactive, regularly available NPCs with whom characters can build CR. There is a metaplot that interacts with characters and players through mission plots that the agents send teams of indebted (player characters) on intermittently, and it's coming to a head around December and resulting in a two-month apps closure - so get them in now!

Reserves are always open, and a reserve is needed to apply. Applications are open from the 15th through the end of the month, and all new characters arrive on the 1st. A test drive meme has just gone up for the month of October here! The test drive takes place in Teleios before its destruction, and participation can leave goodies for your character and give them deja vu if you so choose.

Destiny Strings is a panfandom, plot-oriented, adventure/slice of life community game, based on the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series. Characters are brought to the mysterious city of Hinoto-Ri to aid in the city survival against the forces that threaten to destroy it...or they can join in on that destruction themselves. The choice is yours.

Characters brought in keep their full powers (unless moderators feel one would not work for plot-related reasons), all their items, even their vehicle of choice. Moreover, the more they stay, the more the city adapts, and you will be able to have pieces of your own homeworld arrive in the city as well.

The world is ever-changing, highly influenced by character interactions, and driven by a central plot that is modified based on the player's decisions. Nothing is ever completely set in stone and how the story ends will be entirely up to you.

entranceway is a medium-paced game set in the wonderful world of Wonderland; a magical mansion and its surrounding gardens, forest and sea. Become part of its history or stay on the sidelines and enjoy all the jam in this jar. Events submitted by players take place every other week or so and characters experience very limited memory loss (something to the tune of a word or two) after any event from their canon.

General Game Info

Luceti is a journal-based game, known as "the game with the wings". It is a jamjar based on the premise of characters being suddenly trapped within an enclosure known as Luceti, where everyone has a pair of (non-flying) wings and a barcode on their necks. They're watched over by the Malnosso, who run experiments that usually are the cause of in-game events. It is considered to be a medium-paced game (with a spike during events which are usually monthly), and the AC is 30 comments that can be split between three sources (posts and threads) which are collected every other month.

About the Game:

Maison De Portes is a pan-fandom survival horror/mystery game. The potential for death and harm to come to your characters is almost guaranteed. The game is prose-only, with a very easy activity check. We have multiple story paths, with endings to be decided by the actions of the characters. The game is slow to mid paced, fairly small, with lots of chances for characters to work together to solve the situation they find themselves in. smashacademy is a comm-based Super Smash Brothers "High School" game. However, we're not limited to just Nintendo games. In fact, we welcome ALL VIDEO GAME CANONS now! We accept SOME DUPLICATES. Our game is medium-small, pace is slow to moderate but picks up during events. We highly encourage player plots and there's also moderator-run events as well. luceti itself is a large, medium paced and journal based game with an long spanning plot involving the mysteries of the 'Luceti Project' and the Malnosso organization. We have monthly events, as well as a 'draft' every few months in which the characters are recruited to fight for the Malnosso against the third party in a roundabout method of defending the village, as well as consistent opt in missions. The game is essentially what you make of it, with downtime in the village where there are monthly events and player plots, and player opt in combat outside of it, warfare and missions.

AC happens every other month with the basic 30 comment requirement, and the game is very backtag friendly.

"The artificial gravity is pretty tiring if you're not used to it, but it'll be okay," your guide says, and she seems nice in a sterile, rehearsed, almost inhuman kind of way. The year is 2214, she says. "You've missed a lot of human progress."

Mankind has left Earth, or is desperately trying to do so. The events of World War III have rendered the planet not impossible to navigate, but certainly unfriendly to human life. She tells you that at best, the home world has ten years left of supporting life. Not quite enough time to get everyone to Alpha Centauri, but it'll do. From the look on her face, she doesn't seem surprised that you're confused by the bit about Alpha Centauri, she also tells you it's okay if you need to throw up, it happens to some people.

She leads you to a room as cold and sterile as she is. It's alternately too dark and too bright, depending on how she adjusts the light. Either way, it hurts your eyes to try and focus on anything for too long which would matter if the room were much to look at. As it happens, though, it's not. The location is Death City, Nevada, home to Death Weapon Meister Academy, or DWMA for short (Shibusen). Unfortunately, the world has been torn apart by war against Witches and Shinigami-sama, the God of Death, has been killed. In his stead, he leaves a young, inexperienced ruler to take his place. In desperation, the new Shinigami activates BREW, an ancient and mysterious demon artifact created by the former Shinigami and the warrior Eibon. Capable of granting the most desperate and desirable wishes, BREW answers the subconscious wish of the new Shinigami - that is, to rescue Death City and stop the Madness from taking over the world.

Beings from different worlds and universes, of all ages, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds are now being pulled into Death City to aid the war, fitted with the potential to become Meisters and Weapons. There’s no going back. Until the war is won, those brought to Death City cannot be returned home. Will you fight with Shibusen or against it?

WHERE IS CHARLES LEE?
...well, he definitely isn't in Future!Dystopian!England. Ahem.

The date is 3313 C.E. The place is the island of Exsilium, that which was once Britain...and far beyond. A single totalitarian government rules the world, and three hundred years ago it began dumping dissenters and revolutionaries against the United Earth onto this prison island. Today the Initiative, an underground organization is workingto amass an army of Transports (you, specifically) to utilize in an ultimate war against the United Earth.

As the UE takes its super-human military into other worlds to drain their resources, the Initiative is working against it, sending characters on missions throughout the span of time, in a carefully projected timeline of major and minor world events to weaken the United Earth's power from the past by shattering the foundation on which they've built themselves up and ultimately whittle them down in preparation for a final, successful revolution.

(Templars are probably involved somehow, am I right?)

FUN UPDATE While it is not projected to be a permanent change, all player characters are currently housed on a moon base because the UE came in and blew everything up. WAY TO GO UE GOOD JOB.

exsilium is a medium/fast-paced (3-5 posts on an average day, gets busier around events), community-based DW game with plenty of plot and room for slice of life elements depending how people settle in. Powers remain intact and characters are given a sentient weapon that evolves over time.

Activity check is two posts/logs/threads per month, and the game is backtag-friendly with lots of opportunities for both logs and commentspam. Reserves are open with the next application cycle starting October 1. There is a 50-character cap for each round, with only reserved apps allowed for the first 12 hours.

"The artificial gravity is pretty tiring if you're not used to it, but it'll be okay," your guide says, and she seems nice in a sterile, rehearsed, almost inhuman kind of way. The year is 2214, she says. "You've missed a lot of human progress."

Mankind has left Earth, or is desperately trying to do so. The events of World War III have rendered the planet not impossible to navigate, but certainly unfriendly to human life. She tells you that at best, the home world has ten years left of supporting life. Not quite enough time to get everyone to Alpha Centauri, but it'll do. From the look on her face, she doesn't seem surprised that you're confused by the bit about Alpha Centauri, she also tells you it's okay if you need to throw up, it happens to some people.

You wake up, alone in the dark. There's a breathing tube jammed down your trachea, and you're suspended in a tube of clear blue fluid. Upon registering your level of consciousness, the gravity couch drains the fluid surrounding you and retracts the breathing apparatus; the doors in front of you open, and you're deposited on the floor of a stark, sterile, empty medical bay.

Don't worry. The disorientation usually wears off in less than thirty-six hours.

Ataraxion is a panfandom science-fiction/psychological horror RPG set in a universe not so different from our own. The game is primarily a character-driven jamjar, with an overarching plot that will conceal story elements from both the player base and the PCs. Characters will arrive in-game on the Titan-class colonization ship Tranquility, waking from grav couches located in the ship's medbay. The ship (mysteriously bereft of all original crew members, save two) is heading towards a way home—a deep-space jump point known only as Ataraxia. From there, according to the captain, characters will be able to return to their universes.

(A game built around reincarnated characters defending an ordinary Earth from extraordinary danger.)
Save the Earth is a cross between an AU game and a memory loss game; with their universes ended and their souls converted into new bodies, the player characters have lived their entire lives up this point on an Earth that is, for all practical purposes, identical to our own. However, with an otherworldly enemy seeking to conquer the world, regaining the memories, abilities, possessions and personality traits of their prior lives, being unaware of their previous existence - being normal - is slowly becoming an impossibility.

The plot style is designed to be responsive to in-character action. The game will undergo 'Seasons,' with the setting changing as the plot progresses. There are no all powerful NPCs and no self resolving plot points. The player characters are the primary driving force behind what occurs.

Season One revolves around the first awakening reincarnated characters coming to grips with the situation as they face off against the forces attempting to get a foothold in their world, with a focus on keeping their supernatural existence hidden from the public.

Okay, no, that's not what happens. Life goes on, just as it always has, but you can't seem to get the internet to leave you alone. Maybe you don't even know what internet is! There's just this really strange duck perched on your computer screen, in your book, taking over your mirror, and it's accompanied by a magical internet community called Drama Drama Duck.

The name might be a little confusing, but it looks like there are other people on this website. Sometimes it'll start recording you unexpectedly, sometimes it will be there for you when you're having a tough time, sometimes it'll straight-up screw with you.

The Community, as it's known by its userbase, is a cross-universe blogging website that won't go away until your character uses it and interacts with other characters from other series (worlds). It looks like Dreamwidth and acts like Dreamwidth, but it's connected to the worlds of multiple canons and allows your characters to meet new people from other universes while still going through canon events. Avert unfortunate events, make your character's life better (or worse) by interacting with other characters, or even just have your character's life ruined by monthly events and viruses!

When Balamb Garden opened its doors to the sudden influx of misplaced individuals forced into the world as a result of Time Compression, it did so out of charity and kindness. Headmaster Cid felt sympathy for these estranged folk, trapped far from their proper homes, on a world where their strange powers were met with hostility and fear.

And so these foreigners trained, and continue to train, as the mercenary elites know as SeeDs. And for some years now, time has marched resolutely on, and offworlders have become more and more integrated as cadets, SeeDs, Instructors, and staff at the Garden.

But no good deed goes unpunished. With its reputation damaged by its openness and its finances bled nearly dry, Balamb has undergone drastic and alarming changes. A new Commander, Erlea Zabala, has gained power as a result of backroom maneuvering, and her decree to Garden is simple: Time to repay us with work and effort. Go out into an unwelcoming world and earn your keep.

It's now the year 3313 C.E., and what's left of the world is all under the control of one single totalitarian regime and its government—the United Earth. Your character is brought into Exsilium, a prison island where government dissenters and revolutionaries against the United Earth were dumped and left to their own devices after an unsuccessful revolution three-hundred years prior. They're brought onto this island in secret by the Initiative, who are an underground organization working undercover in the prison colony and trying to amass an army of Transports (you, specifically) to utilize in an ultimate war against the United Earth. Your character's enlisted with the Initiative as a soldier or a diplomat, and given an enchanted weapon that evolves with them in game. They are trained on a daily basis to be prepared for battles and intellectual confrontations.

exsilium is a science-fiction game that takes place in a dystopian future. characters will join an underground resistance, the initiative, in orchestrating a successful uprising against a totalitarian regime using time travel.

Hello hello anyone interested in Legend of Korra! I'm Korra-mun and YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW BADLY I NEED A NAGA APP. Korra's been trapped in the dome for an IC month and she misses her BFF like you wouldn't believe. It would be hilarious and awesome and wonderful to have Naga arrive as a human for a multitude of reasons.

Banners unfurl, antiquated posters appear on lamp posts, telephone poles, mailboxes, carriage hitches, shop windows - all of them emblazoned with the bright faces of clowns, roaring tigers, mystical tarot - Come, come, they say! Left of Midnight Faire is on the way! Mesmerizing mysteries, they promise, and thrills beyond compare!

Excitement builds, and tents rise in the distance like paper cranes. Lights and flashes and the roar of beasts drive your anticipation, and by the time the wrought iron gates are open you are salivating with apprehension, with the need to see the promised sights, to experience the thrills and chills, the press of the crowd, the sparkling masks. Stepping onto the grounds feels as though you've crossed into another dimension, another time, where excitement abounds and energy hums in the air like electricity. Lights and sounds surround you, entice you toward the many paths that branch toward and away from the main thoroughfare. Will you visit the house of mirrors, of have your fortune told? Or perhaps sample the rich or strange delicacies, rest at the dark and dreary inn, peruse the wares, or perhaps head straight for the knot of commotion in the center -- the main tent, packed full with three rings of dark and exciting entertainment!

The choice is yours, but the longer you stay, the harder it seems to leave, the more these stained tents and angular stalls begin to feel like home. Or, perhaps, this has been home all along...?

Left of Midnight is a panfandom musebox/dressing room RP based around a traveling circus and carnival faire. Every week it appears in a new location, having been advertised several days beforehand, and no matter what world or location the faire ends up in, it always looks the same: surrounded by a deep forest, even if there are no trees in your area, and hung over by perpetual dark, never any brighter than twilight. Once it is open the faire does not close, though some stalls may close briefly for maintenance here and there, but different performers circle in to keep the excitement running wholesale around the clock. All are welcome here, and you can play your character either as a spectator or a participant or perhaps both, if the faire's pull is strong enough to keep them there permanently, for there is no leaving once you have become a part of the family— though strange disappearances are wont to happen on occasion. If your character is a performer, they may either be OU and drawn from their original background, or AUed as part of the faire from the beginning.

Anything goes here, let your imagination run wild, the dark sky is the limit.
