WELCOME TO PANEM

Katniss Everdeen's spark has set the world of Panem on fire, and the Capitol has been scrambling to beat down the flames ever since. President Snow is presented with two options if he's not to lose everything: Crush the rebellions with force, or pacify their anger. And when you have been murdering people's children for almost 75 years, that is no small task.

However, the Hunger Games cannot just end. The Capitol expects them, thrives off them, and although Snow is willing to pacify the Districts, he won't be seen as weak. He refuses to let them to forget what is waiting for them if they ever make one misstep, and now, it will be on their minds every day.

Behind closed doors, he has the best minds of Panem scrambling. Buried deep in one of the mountains of District 2, a technology of the old people was found. Those in the past had never been able to find the last piece of the puzzle between what they knew and what they thought they knew, but Snow's people can.

And have.

Now they can pull Tributes from all worlds, all realities, and all times. Unlimited Tributes, and not a drop of Panem's blood will be shed to fuel the rebellion's power. And the Capitol's power, its force, can be broadcast all day, every day.

Now the Hunger Games never have to stop.

thegames is a medium paced log heavy RP set in the world of the Hunger Games where your character is moved back and forth between themed death matches and the capitol city of a totalitarian government on the verge of rebellion, trying desperately to quell it.

Knowledge of The Hunger Games is not necessary. Everything you needed to know to play is found within the game information. The game accepts all characters from live-action and/or 2D, and OCs and AUs are always welcome! The game has options to play as both a jam jar or AU your character into a Panem citizen.

However, some figures would rather bring about Ragnarok, resulting in attacks on the city the characters must defend themselves against. The Bastion

The Bastion

Designed by talented mechanics, the Bastion was meant to be both a sanctuary and a defense mechanism at once. Should the world ever fall into war, the Bastion could be activated, giving refugees a safe place to flee to. The Bastion was meant to be self-monitoring, and could take care of all the needs of its population without any interference.

However, nobody expected the Calamity. Millions perished in the blink of an eye, and the world itself was torn to shreds. All that remains is the Skyway, a collection of floating lands that occupy the space once inhabited by an entire world. The Calamity was so terrible that the Bastion itself was damaged, and it lacks the power necessary to repair itself.

In order to repair the Bastion, characters will have to search for Cores on the Skyway. They provide the power necessary for the Bastion to repair itself, and each Core brings the Bastion one step closer to being 100% operational. Until then, everyone who survived the Calamity will have to work together to survive and keep the monsters of the Skyway out of the Bastion, or else the last sanctuary of mankind will fall to the horrors that lurk outside its borders.

The Bastion is a panfandom, plot-heavy game set in the world of Bastion with a focus on the consequences of choices made by the characters within the game. Characters will be able to shape the setting as they see fit, and ultimately it is up to them to repair the Bastion and make a new home for all living creatures. You do not have to have played Bastion to app into this game.

· We accept OUs, AUs, and OCs.
· Apps are processed every two weeks. Our next app date is one week from now, on August 2nd.
· While there are some slice-of-life elements in it, this is primarily a plot-driven game.
· There are survival elements to the game. Characters had to scavenge for supplies and look for survivors. The areas characters can search through expand with each plot-related event.
. In addition to the survival elements, the characters are also looking for information on why the Calamity happened, as well as how it happened.
· Game-wide events are designed to fit into the over-arching plot of Bastion.
· Plot-related events happen once every four-to-six weeks. Smaller, mini-events happen in-between those.
· Actions characters take will have an effect on the game itself. Both positive and negative consequences can come from choices made.
· The game has a set ending point. There are several different possible endings to the game, depending on the choices characters make.
· Prior knowledge of Bastion is not necessary; all important terms and game locations are described on the information pages.
· Teamwork is required for survival.

We’re between plot-events right now, so if you’re interested in the Bastion but don’t want to jump right into the middle of an event, now is the perfect time to join! Our next big event will be near the end of August.

milliways_bar is a medium-fast paced, community-based, prose-based panfandom jamjar game, set within the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Universe. Characters are allowed to move freely from their world to the titular Bar At The End Of The Universe through doors - which on their side of the door might be anything from a porthole to a hole in the ground, and from there can either willingly move back and forth between worlds, stay upstairs at the Bar's inn or be "Bound" or trapped at Milliways without an escape hatch back for any length of time.

The Wake + Blazblue

If you play anyone from Blazblue and are in the market for a game with castmates, we want you at The Wake! Currently it's just Hazama and Nu, so you can imagine how well the rest of the characters in the game are enjoying it. The Wake is slow to medium paced, panfandom and a jam jar. The AC is pretty easy too!

Overall the game is about learning to bend reality to your will in a city called Nautilus. We've got some cool plot going on with a creature called the Labyrinth running around, and Hazama is trying to destroy everything as usual. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them. Brave New World is a community-based AU Pokémon game focused around exploration, discovery, and plot. In the distant past, the Legendary Pokémon lead armies to destroy the human civilization that had long enslaved them. Now, 500 years later, the remaining human civilizations are once again connecting, although not always on friendly terms. The players take on the role of citizens of the city of Union, and their objective is to once again expand the knowledge and civilization of the human race while avoiding the sins of the past.

The planet Earth is a familiar place to all of us. Although often amazing, it is never fantastic. All things come from nature and the supernatural is nothing but myth and imagination. But what of other worlds? They surely contain the unknown and incredible, the things that we wish for in our dreams and fear in our nightmares. And what should happen if they reach out and touch one another?

Our beautiful blue Earth found out in the distant past, before mankind arose. An attempted invasion from an enemy beyond the borders of reality. The living mind of the planet used the same breach of time and space to reach into other universes long since dead and gathered the remnants of its inhabitants. They were to be its guardians should another force from beyond try to threaten Earth. Their past lives sleep inside them, as they go about their days as ordinary citizens of the ordinary world.

General Game Info

luceti is a journal-based game, known as "the game with the wings". It is a jamjar based on the premise of characters being suddenly trapped within an enclosure known as Luceti, where everyone has a pair of (non-flying) wings and a barcode on their necks. They're watched over by the morally ambiguous organization known as the Malnosso, who run experiments that usually are the cause of in-game events. It is largely considered to be slice-of-life but with openings for player plots, and there is also an ongoing plot which involves the war ravaging in the world outside the enclosure. It is considered to be a medium-paced game (with a spike during events which are usually monthly), and the AC is 30 comments over a one-month period every two months that can be split between three sources (posts and threads).

▶ route_29 is a panfandom, medium-paced game set in the wonderful world of Pokémon! Specifically, Route is set in the Gen IV, HeartGold/SoulSilver incarnations of Johto and Kanto, but with an available Pokédex up through Gen V (with Gen VI becoming available this summer!), and plenty of exposure to elements of the other regions through mod-run events!

▶ No prior knowledge of Pokémon canon is necessary; we're very friendly to PokéExperts and complete newbies alike! As a predominantly slice-of-life game with regular mod-run events and plots, your Route experience can be as involved or as low-pressure as you make it; we've got a little something for everyone.

▶ We're also very open to player-run plots and villain-friendly — while participation in Team Rocket isn't mandatory for our more villainous characters, we're glad to put the ruthless organization's resources at their disposal when it comes to wreaking havoc on the nation!

▶ Route is a journal-based game, but if the upkeep and maintenance of your journal's friends list is an issue, we keep the community's reading list updated for you so all you have to do is join the communities, the same as in any other game!

▶ We're medium-sized, with around 100 characters currently in play, and we run at a comfortable medium-slow pace: on average you're likely to see two to four new posts per day, but with natural fluctuations in speed — we run a little faster during events, and a little slower periodically. We're also very backtag-friendly!

X-Project is an X-Men movieverse RPG on Livejournal. Set after X2, we've been running since May 2003 and use a combination of in-character journals and email/IM logs. There's a number of settings for a range of play, whatever your preference, and while we accept new characters we strongly encourage people to adopt one of our orphans.

A test log with the mods will usually be required, and we'll ask prospective players to communicate with players in the cases of significant relationships with a played character (eg: If you want to app Jeanne-Marie Beaubier, you'll be asked to ping Jean-Paul's player, to ensure continuity).
