Derp since I'm stupid and confused-- can you submit one app during an app slot week, and then another during the following normal app week? Or is it the other way around--

I think it would be the other way around. Like if you submit it during this week in app slot it counts for app week. But it you wait until posting it on app week (next week), then you can submit another one during the app slot since that would count towards the week after that.

...Hopefully that makes sense.
