Daear - multi-fandom, worldbuilding, slice of life and possible adventure

Daear isn't just a spooky jamjar. It's a whole planet that characters can explore and detail. There's a map, but all it shows is where things like mountains and deserts and forests and the like are found. The players get to fill in the details. Is there a hidden treetop village in that jungle or an underground city in the mountain range?

And characters are told right from the start that they don't have to stay forever. While the tickets are said to be expensive, there is a train that can travel dimensions to return them home to just a moment after they left.

In plainer terms, players can add to the setting, with mod approval. The only area truly detailed at this point is the island characters will wind up on when drawn to Daear. And while the mods are working on an over arcing plot, player plots are strongly encouraged.

Currently, the game is still in a sort of test run/not officially opened state while the mods are ironing out the kinks. As such, there is currently no application required to play. Naturally, applications will be required when the testing and tweaking are finished. However, you can use some of your RPing done here in Daear for the samples on the application.

NO crack characters and NO game breakers. Game breakers would be anyone capable of destroying a world easily. Just putting this up front, though it is in the rules as well.

We are a small, community-based game with a slow pace.

Just about any canon, Alternate Universe and Original characters are allowed. This includes writing your character to have always lived in Daear.
