Panfandom, medium-paced and journal-based, Mayfield is known for its stunningly in-depth events, friendly mods, and large playerbase. The pace picks up to 'fast' during events, but there are nice stretches of medium activity in the downtime, and player plots always seem to be met with enthusiasm.

It takes place in bland 50's American suburbia; characters are forced to live together in 'happy little nuclear families' and are stripped of their powers upon arrival, but can gain them back as time goes on. There's a complex overarching plot, and individual characters are often given 'clues' in threads with NPCs, which draws a lot of CR to you. Violence and death are common during events, but can be opted out of, and a killed character returns to life the next day.

CURRENT: Giles.

WANTED: Scoobies would be wonderful, and I'd kill for an Ethan, Jenny or Joyce, if there are even any out there. All canonpoints are welcome, too; Giles is post-'Gift'/pre-S6, but might be updated soon, to the cast's convenience.

Note that there's space in his house for someone to be slotted as his fake!wife or, if they're under eighteen, fake!kid – or you can have your character's housing randomized, which can be a good opportunity for CR right off the bat.
