Little Big Island City | Opening to the public
It all started harmlessly enough. A machine built to teleport a group of people to a battle arena was never supposed to go berserk. It's core functions were nothing more than to register energy input, and beam people to a secluded island for it's creators special game. It was working splendidly as expected.
That all changed the moment it was blown up...
Somehow the explosion triggered a fail safe in the device and activated a hidden Artificial Intelligence program. That day, Libby was born and everyone was too busy to notice. And as Libby began to fall from the sky, she knew there were several things she needed: A crew to help fix her, a safe place to land, and entertainment.
From here on out, you are now Libby's Live Television programming and repair crew. If she doesn't like what's on... well. She's quite happy to 'change the channel', so to speak, and give her live actors something to do.
