So, Luceti is a journal-based game, and the wings... I'll just use Masa's own words:

"What kind of game is Luceti? It's a bit of slice and life, with scientists and experiments, an ongoing war, and the option to send characters on various missions at any time. Though we're a large group, our pace is a steady medium, with spikes during events. Our activity check is thirty comments for the month and the game is extremely back tag friendly. Oh and yeah. All the characters get wings."
