Okay, so I'm not actually in the game yet, having have just apped Ron Stoppable recently. So, with that said:

I'm looking for anyone from KIM POSSIBLE (Kim herself especially) to follow me to route_29 a panfandom game set in Pokemon Games-verse, (Specifically GSC/HGSS, although Pokemon from the later gens have in fact appeared)

(Note to any Kim players? I'm kind of a rabid Kim/Ron shipper. I can work with a Kim who isn't with Ron if that ship isn't your cup of tea, but I'd really rather not)

ataraxion is a sci-fi/space horror game which brings together characters on a mysterious space ship. There's a great meta-plot involving the mysterious disappearance of the original crew, figuring out who, how and why the characters are being brought to the ship, where they're actually going and how to get home!

Not only that, but player plots are encouraged, there are some great opportunities for slice-of-life CR, the game is comm-based, medium-paced, super backtag-friendly and has a very simple AC requirement.

Damned

A prose-centric, medium-paced, and long running comm-based game set in a mental institution.

By day, Landel’s Institute seems to be an ordinary mental health facility. The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful, seemingly devoted to the care and rehabilitation of the many patients who reside within. Days are tightly scheduled with plenty of safe and mundane activities for patients - such as Arts and Crafts and frequent trips to the Music Room. Throughout the week patients are taken to their doctor consulations, where trained professionals work with them and try to help them reconnect with reality.

Of course, the reality presented by the staff is anything but. Each patient knows they’re sane, knows that they simply woke up in a strange white room one morning, captive against their will. They know everything they remember is real, and that the world and life from their memories is certainly not a delusion - as the doctors attempt to tell them.

Nighttime assures patients that all is not well in Landel's. When the lights go out, everything changes. Creatures with a taste for flesh wander the dark corridors, and even the staff turn into ghastly abominations. The very building itself becomes deadly. The bright and cheerful mental hospital turns into something worse than any mortal nightmare. Armed only with a flashlight (found under each pillow), and a small assortment of other items, patients must use their wits and skills to fight, survive, and if they’re lucky, perhaps even escape…

I don't have a lot of fancy words, but I'd like to say that if you're interested in in-depth character exploration with a very interesting premise we'd like to invite you to the localized hellboat, also known as the barge.

You play either a warden or an inmate, an individual who made the right choices in whatever capacity in life brought to the barge to help someone else, an inmate who fell by the wayside or made some mistakes. The admiral, an incompetent driver tends to provide entertainment and educational opportunities in the form of floods or ports for wardens and their inmates to interact in. The best example? The ship recently docked at the overlook hotel - that's right the famous hotel from Steven King's "The Shining".

It's a great game for people who are looking for really extensive and thought provoking CR and we have a very varied cast that we'd like to look into expanding!

MERLIN

Want - Anyone, particularly a Gwaine, but we'd also adore an Uther, Morgause, and basically anyone else. The cast is extremely friendly and welcoming.

WRECK-IT-RALPH

Want - King Candy, Ralph, Felix, Sgt. Calhoun, This is a personal request of mine, as I think that the whole theme of the movie - can a bad person be good - fits the barge to a tee. I would absolutely adore a Ralph as an inmate and let's be honest Turbo deserves a second chance am I right? Right.

FACTS

JOURNAL BASED while it might be a deal breaker I promise that it's reasonably paced. You get out of it what you put into it but you do get that one-on-one CR with people.

18+ It's a prison setting so it does have an element of psychological horror.

Hi there! We're looking for characters from the USA Network dramedy PSYCH.

beyondtherift is a slow-paced, prose-oriented, small panfandom game set in an alternate universe version of Chicago. It's like living in a warzone - with Angels, Demons, Supernatural Humans and the Wanderers that find themselves falling through the rift fighting, loving and even dying. Yet Chicago keeps getting stranger and more dangerous as the days drift on by.

Each Character that falls through the rift is granted a player-chosen rift ability.

Applications and Reserves are both currently open! Activity Check is easy - 1 prose thread that's a minimum of 5 comments long per month.

It is such a joy to have the main core cast (plus one villain) in this game, so clearly to make it more awesome we need more psych characters to come interact with us!

Shawn currently works a private investigator with the lovely Nymphadora Tonks, and after being alone for two years in Chicago - Lassie and Jules fell through the rift as well and made the city a little more awesome.

...Then Yang fell through and suddenly the rift wasn't so awesome anymore.

All in all, they're trying to look after each other in their own way and make sure none of them get killed by whatever the city throws at them, be it rift monsters or natives in the city who harbor anti-wanderer sentiments.

But, as awesome as Chicago is, Shawn still misses his dad, and misses Gus more (since he showed up, and then got re-rifted and left the blueberry at his disposal) and Lassiter and Juliet would love to have their boss to take guidance from.

We offer our first born children, our souls, and a puppy if you join us. We're not kidding. And Juliet-mun's offer to make all the icons forever should you need any is available!

towerofanimus is a AU/OC/game transplant-friendly panfandom horror game with tinges of mystery for flavor. The game has a relatively easy AC, only ten comments a month and is medium paced.

Brief Description of your game: X-Project is an X-Men movieverse RPG on Livejournal. Set after X2, we've been running since May 2003 and use a combination of in-character journals and email/IM logs. There's a number of settings for a range of play, whatever your preference, and while we accept new characters we strongly encourage people to adopt one of our orphans.

There's a lot to say about Vatheon. In particular, I'd like to point out its pleasing shape.

Being a city housed within a bubble under the sea, its form consists of an impeccable sphere of absolutely perfect proportions. Indeed, if only Death City could be encased in such a breathtakingly beautiful barrier, so that we might all enjoy its flawless symmetry any time we look to the sky.

But, seeing how our cast now consists of three males (Soul Eater Evans, Black☆Star, and of course, Death the Kid) and one female (Maka Albarn), it has become unacceptably asymmetrical.

As you can undoubtedly see, this flagrant disregard for balance is, put quite simply, a disaster.

This won't do, have you any idea how much this invites absolute catastrophe? How can we hope to show our faces, we can't so much as take a walk in public -- everyone would know how slovenly we are, being so obviously lopsided!

NARUTO @ Route 29

route_29 is a dreamwidth journal-based game based on the Pokemon games - namely, the Johto and Kanto regions of Heart Gold and Soul Silver (although all non-legendary pokemon up to 5th generation are currently available). The game is medium-sized, panfandom and relatively laid back, with both slice of life elements mixed in with a greater plot in mind for everyone there.

You can join as a pokemon trainer, a breeder, or a member of Team Rocket (who does play a surprisingly large role in the game, filled with moderated events and player-plots alike). Customize your pokemon team for your purposes, travel around, make friends and just have fun!

Notes about the game:
- Journal-based on Dreamwidth
- Medium-Pacing
- Activity Check of 30 comments (15 from you) per month, spread over 3 threads
- Slice of life and plot elements in balance
- Semi-Monthly app cycles (applications checked on the 1st and 3rd weekends of every month)
- Full power loss, memories kept
- Panfandom, no AUs or alternates*
- PG-13 game rating, no death

*Some exceptions, noted on the FAQ

And now, onto who I want. Basically, I want castmates. I don't particularly care who. There are some I would jump for more than others, but I'm not super picky over it.

Who we have at Route: Sasuke Uchiha (Pre-defection)
Who I want: EVERYONE. Specifically, the Konoha 11 plus teachers, any suna nin, sound nin, kages, akatsuki, Haku and Zabuza, and just everyone okay? Canon point means nothing to me, so app from whenever in the series you want. Chances are, if the character has enough canon background to them, you should be able to app them in just fine.

I'll admit, before Route I was hesitant on journal games (having only played in comm-based before). If you're looking to try out journal based, Route is a great place to start.
