That happens a lot with series, I find. I recently did a canon review for 18 from DBZ and watched the Kai remake instead. Haha, I enjoyed it the first time around but I have to say this time, I enjoyed it less for how ridiculous it could be and more for the actual storyline.

You should consider tanelorn we're more on the slow/small scale on size and pace, and we have an overarching metaplot as well as monthly plot based on whatever world the city is in at the time.

I believe that we fit all your requirements, but you wouldn't have any canonmates just yet.

I guess it's time to de-anon... but okay, just copypasting what I put up on RPA and see if I get luckier this time.

So I was staying away of the shipping part of fandom for Rise of the Guardian for obvious reasons, then I saw some fanart and someone linked me an AU fic and welp... I've fallen in the dark side.

I play Jack Frost and I'm looking for someone willing to play a human Bunny for shipping shenanigans in a musebox. And by shipping I mean the leading to it, playing the relationship out and all the every day deal. (This would be AU of course.)

Note 1: I'm not good at smut, but I'd be willing to try as long as it doesn't end up being the only thing played. Note 2: I can be a slow tagger.

Hey there! I see you already have a couple of offers for Saki, but I figured I'd drop zodion to you anyway. Our cast recently dropped down to just me, but I'd really love to have you if you were interested! It's medium paced most of the time, though it has its fast periods and slow periods. Recently it's had some mod changes and some of the older players have left, so it's got a lot of positive growth for newbies at the moment! I've had Kida there for a long time, so if you're interested and you have any questions I'd be more than happy to help out.

I'm tentatively looking at places for three characters!

First is Randy Cunningham from the animated series Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja (smokeb0mbs). He's a 15-year-old super-powered ninja but mostly a big spazzy dork.

Second is Turbo from the Disney movie Wreck-It Ralph (roadblasted). He's taken from something of an unusual canonpoint, about 25 years before the events of the movie. He's a bratty go-kart racer from the 1980s with an ego massive enough to fill at least ten video arcades.

And lastly is an AU of Jimmy Two-Shoes, from the semi-obscure Canadian animated series of the same name (withgoodintentions). He's a bright, optimistic 14-year-old living in Hell. Literally. The AU is essentially just a continuation of the show, with a series of events resulting in him becoming a fallen angel after he makes the decision to stay in Hell... or rather, to go back to it.

Requirements/Preferences:
-DW community based
-Slow to medium pace, though pace isn't quite as important as activity check requirements.
-Relaxed/non-intensive activity check requirements.
-Backtag friendly
-No memory loss
-In the case of Randy and Jimmy, no power loss. Some minor nerfing would be okay (though I doubt they'd need it, since they're really just goofy kids who are still adjusting to their powers) but they still need to be able to mostly have all their powers.
-In the case of Turbo, accepts unusual canonpoints.
-In the case of Jimmy, accepts AUs.
-And of course, welcoming to CR with characters from western animation and obscure canons!

CRYING LITTLE GIRLS, you say.

I like a lot of what I see on your muselist, though, so let me just make a generic pitch: hi, I'm Deus, and my game is savetheearth! Characters are "reincarnated" as ordinary humans with no knowledge of their past lives (memory loss/AU), but can regain this knowledge, as well as all of their powers through our Echo system. Ever wanted to AU Garrus as a geeky tech at your local Best Buy, and literally turn him into an alien one painful and angsty step at a time? You can do that here.

In addition to having neat creative tools to work with, we've got plots! Heavy plots, metaplots, and player plots! STE is driven by you, the players -- there are no self-resolving plots. If you let a bunch of werewolves rampage in part of the city for too long, they might start snacking on citizens, just to use an example. We are medium-paced at the moment, and relatively new, so there's lots going on while the proverbial crap hits the appliance. We pride ourselves on a friendly playerbase and lots of communication; offer up a cool plot of your own, and chances are a bunch of people will raise their hands wanting in.

As mentioned, I could see the premise working for a lot of your characters. Our reserves also last an entire month and we have a planned Commander Shepard app, so perhaps that might further entice you.

I'd love to see a Fenris over at boomtown! It's a small, slow-paced game, very open world and it meets all your requirements! It's got a bit of a different premise, where characters choose to settle in New Dodge, there's a lot of worldbuilding and player plots going on, as well as an overarching plot run by the mod!

I could never get into DBZ but DB was wonderful. I'm surprised you stuck through DBZ. The pacing of it's always been an arghfest for me.

Yeah, I gotta agree although I think the most interesting case of that I encountered was The Death Gate Cycle. I read that over seven times and each time I noticed a little more but the cast on that series is freaking huge.

It's what got me back into anime when I was in college actually! Kai has greatly improved it though. They cut out all of the filler and really tightened up the length of time the various fights and battles took thanks to that.

Then again, I'm also a big fan of G Gundam. You could say I kinda have a think for somewhat ridiculous, overblown fighting.

I play Yukki here at afterliving, where there is also an Aru Akise on reserve! The activity check is bi-monthly and is VERY easy to pass, and the game is at a slow-to-medium pace.

It takes place in the Angel Beats universe, so our characters are dead. Powers can be earned back, and memory loss is completely optional.

I'd love to have a Garrus over at tushanshu! (And a number of your other characters would probably fit right in as well!) It's got a great overarching metaplot (as well as some player-run plots from time to time) and it'd just be great to see more folks over there.

I'm a little hesitant posting here because what I want is not typical for ATP, but fingers crossed! I'm currently taking a long break from two games that I really enjoy due to RP burn out, so I'm not actively searching for new games.

However the RP urge is stirring and I'm looking for something relaxed and low-key to help me keep this spark going until my RP-drive returns. The character I most want to play right now is Superboy/Kon-El from the DCU Comics-verse -- Superboy/Young Justice and if you twist my arm I *might* be willing to take him from Teen Titans for you. I also have Superboy from Young Justice: cartoon, Edogawa Conan/Kudo Shinichi or Hattori Heiji from Detective Conan kicking about.

I prefer dw, gdoc or e-mail based RP, as I am in a funky timezone and IM RP hasn't worked well in the past. I can boomerang when timezones allow but will backtag into infinity when they do not. I am daunted by memes, but if you're willing to chat with me and work out a back story/general direction first, willing to give them a try! Rec me your dressing rooms, museboxes, games with super-low activity/app requirements (I promise I am not looking to slack off, I just don't want to commit to anything/place expectations on myself right now), all of that good stuff, please!

I like slice-of-life/drama/plotty shenanigans/mystery/action/adventure, prefer friendships/bromances/rivalries and am open to romance (het or slash or any combination thereof, though I really, really fail at playing out anything risque). I am open to canon, AU, 4th wall shenanigans AND characters from totally different canons!
