I would like to suggest either tanelorn or outer_divide

Tanelorn is slower than outer divide and has slice-of-life, but also monthly plot and metaplot as well as smaller player plot. There's no Star Wars cast yet, unfortunately.

There is a small Star Wars cast over at Outer Divide, and I play Thrawn there.

Hellgate is set in modern-day New York City, but with supernatural creatures from myth and legend world-wide thrown in. It's mostly action-based, but there's plenty of opportunity for slice-of-life or other plot. Very friendly mod-team. Apps and reserves are open, gameplay starts July 1st.
