This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but might I interest you in route_29? Both action and prose are totally fine in-game, so no worries about that, and I do believe the mods have something in mind in terms of an overarching plot. Plus, we've got a few Dangan Ronpa castmates in the game consisting of Mondo, Ishimaru, and Naegi should you want to go with Celes.

There's also a Chihiro apping this round and I plan on bringing Sakura in sometime soon.

I wouldn't say it's super fast, no. Honestly, when I joined I was expecting it to be a lot faster, so that tells you something right there. Plus everyone I've met is cool with backtagging.
