Oops way late to the party here but if you were still game shopping for Rise then might I suggest teleios? I'm already anchored to the game with another character and am planning on apping Souji in the next round which starts in a couple of days and goes to the end of the month. We also have a Yosuke on reserve!

It's a small but active group, with easy AC (5 comments a month -- it's a prose based game so the AC is lenient in this way) but generally incentives for going above and beyond the base AC requirement. It's also fantasy-based. So I believe all your game preferences are met.

Anyway, give us a look if you're so inclined!
