I play Kenshin over at exitvoid, and in my opinion the game meets your requirements! I would love to see Saitou there as a castmate for one, for two we also have quite a few shinsengumi from Hakuouki including their version of Saitou, which could lead to some interesting CR. In addition there is a chance that we may have someone interested in appin Jin-e as well!
