Hello there! I'm going to do two enables for the price of one!

havenrpg is a medium to fast paced horror jamjar (of the experimentation and monsters variety) with creative, monthly plots, lots of backtagging, a friendly and welcoming playerbase, and a reasonable AC. It has a tiny DRRR!! cast of a Masaomi Kida and myself playing Anri, but there is also a wide amount of cross-canon and cross-medium CR to be found. We would love a Shizuo!

Or, if you're looking for a place to play your Owain, I will recommend demeleier! A different sort of horror jamjar, Demeleier is based on the Seelie and Unseelie tales and lore of Scottish fae. It's a bit of a smaller, slower pace, although there are plenty of opportunities to make the relaxed AC and the events are always fun. The FE:A cast consists of a royal family Chrom, Olivia, Inigo and Lucina (me); an Owain would be adored.

For your first set, how about revenance_rpg? Revenance is a smaller, slow-medium game set in the realm of dreams, Kingdom Hearts 3D style (though you don't have to be familiar with KH to play). Because characters are dreaming, they come in with whatever they have on them when they fell asleep, and powers are only nerfed if they'll affect the setting (we're talking Gohan, Destroyer of Worlds level powers here). The application does allow for headcanon within reason - we take it on a case-by-case basis, but there is definitely room for it.

This is a long shot, but would anyone be interested in a packaged deal for two characters from Star Wars: The Old Republic? As in, the MMORPG?

The characters are Dread Master Raptus, and Dread Master Brontes. We'd really only be interested in a game where Star Wars characters would fit in, preferably with cast mates already there.

outer_divide has some Star Wars characters, but they aren't from the video game, that I know of. We have Luke, Wes, and Kerra right now. But it does show that Star Wars characters will fit in :)

The game itself is plot-oriented with lots of room for the players to change the plot and the world itself, and the genre is sci fi mystery with a dose of world exploration and apocalypse-aversion. Time is 1 IC day to 2 OOC days, we backtag pretty much forever, and right now there's a couple bone golems on the loose in the summer marketplace.

Plus, there's dinosaurs. Dinosaurs make everything cooler, I say.

Maybe a little obvious, but have you heard of high_seas? It's a ocean sandbox where players move around on their own creating their own islands, activity check once every two months (though with three proofs), and an arcing plot where players can grab pieces of the macguffin. I play Kenshin over at exitvoid, and in my opinion the game meets your requirements! I would love to see Saitou there as a castmate for one, for two we also have quite a few shinsengumi from Hakuouki including their version of Saitou, which could lead to some interesting CR. In addition there is a chance that we may have someone interested in appin Jin-e as well!

Can I tempt you towards Tu Shanshu? I play Iroh, who would love to have his nephew there. The game is set on the back of a city-sized turtle and there are regular plots unveiling why the Emperor of the city brought the characters there. You could maybe look into soul_campaign. Pacing is considered Medium currently leaning to the slow side due to various reasons (finals, holidays, etc.). But anyway, it's set in the Soul Eater universe with the plot focusing around a war between a Death God, his school, and Witches. Applied characters become Meisters or Weapons, both of which who had to partner up in order to fight against corrupted souls and the Witches themselves.

He might do well in <user name="boxmods>? I'm afraid I can't offer you castmates but it's a large horror game with frequent plots, and IC actions influence the metaplot. It's based on Cabin in the Woods so there's plenty of supernatural events. Powers aren't nerfed, memories stay intact, and it's 18+ but not a sex game.

Hey there! dramadramaduck might be worth looking into for you. The pace is slow to medium, and the AC comes every two months (20 comments and minimal proof of tagging out required). There is a journal component, but it's pretty optional and you can definitely play by just following the community. The premise is simple- your character is now part of an internet community that connects a whole bunch of fictional worlds. We have a fair amount of magical girls around, so it would be interesting to see some of those you're offering come in!
