luceti is a large game, but it fits a lot of your other preferences so I'll give this a shot. Despite its large size, it tends to be medium-paced or even a little on the slow side (except for when events pop up, usually once a month). Incredibly backtag friendly - most people will keep threads going from weeks or even months prior, so there's no pressure to be speedy.

The game is mostly slice-of-life with fun things like drafts and missions to pump up the action, plus monthly events that range from silly to more serious. There is also an overarching plot that involves piecing things together to figure out more about the history of the world and the Malnosso organization that provides for the characters in the game.

We have a small cast of just Jean and Marco right now, but of course we're looking for anyone and everyone! Even dumbasses like Eren.

AC currently runs bimonthly, and to pass you need either a post with 30 comments from your character OR 30 comments split between no more than three threads.

I've rarely had trouble making it in the three years I've been in the game, and when I have ended up short the mods are very understanding if you just talk to them and explain your situation.
