tartarusnet has a teeny tiny OUAT cast iiiin the form of basically just this puppy right here. But she would be oh so happy to see Regina... er. riiiiight... ;) I'm not sure if the game might be too small/slow for you, but I figured I'd point it out and you can check if the pace is right for you.

The game has a horror premise in which characters get locked in the Underworld, branded with their sins/crimes and have to put up with the various punishments inflicted upon them, with small to large events offering a variety of things to do and participate in. Some plots/events are straightforward, and some depend heavily upon choice. The game is relatively small and backtag friendly, but especially around events you'll find there is plenty to do and the pace can be medium-ish. If you're potentially interested and have any questions, I'd be happy to help out!

And thanks for the rec! I'm all about horror games, and I've heard of this one, I just never really got around to checking it out. I'll definitely do that now, it sounds like an awful place to send Regina, given her list of crimes. (And by awful I mean fantastic.)

Awful is the best kind of fantastic. I basically sent Ruby there for the sole reason of stamping an M for Murderer right onto her throat. Muahaha.

Oh man, I would love to see Kairi in any of my games! route_29 is a bit on the SOL side, but it is medium paced and backtag friendly, with plot events that pop up every now and then. themainframe has much more of a plot, with the promise of character actions having an affect on the outcome. The cast at Route is just my Riku, a fantastic Sora, and a Luxord, though someone has apped Hayner. For Terminal, we've got Sora, Riku Replica, Vanitas, and Terra.

If Pokémon and Digimon aren't your thing, I can also offer towerofanimus, though I fear that it's ending in a few months. Other than that, I've got Riku and Ven over at luceti, and we also have a pretty awesome Lea and Riku Replica there. It has an overarching plot in addition to more lighthearted events.

Don't worry about the spammer, I'm pretty sure most people think it's a troll considering it's anon and, well, spamming. I'm not personally interested in TT but hopefully no one holds this against the game.

Anyway, I don't think I'll be tossing Kairi into a closing game, but thanks for the recs anyway! How's Luceti doing these days?

I do? Wow, small world, then! Anyway, Luceti's going all right. We've got a fourth wall event going on right now, and I've been having fun with Riku's developments and the new Lea, who's pretty boss.

And no worries. Four or five months really isn't a long period of time to play in an RP, so I figured it was a longshot anyway. XD

I actually played at Haven when it first came out! I had a great time there but RL got in the way for a while. I do keep considering going back. Also wow a Vexen, I hope they app for you!

Ahhh I have always wanted a Regina at lastvoyages! I always thought playing Morgana (BBC's Merlin) off her would be super fun. It's a journal game based on the idea of redemption. We have a potential apps discussion page, and our voice test meme just went up here if you want to dive into things.

rekindleme would love to have either of your characters! We have a small, but relatively active Kingdom Hearts cast (myself as the resident AU Terra, with OUs of Sora, Riku, and Aqua), and three of us are familiar with OUaT to the degree that we often have conversations about the two sets of characters interacting.

The brainbreak that would follow would just be glorious. :D

boomtown has a slice of life, but also an overarching plot with sci fi and horror elements. We've also got a fledgling OUAT cast that pretty much consists of Pan, Rumpel and Jefferson.

But there are other magics as well.
