I've seen one character death happen so angst is possible. Or there's stuff to do in town I think but mostly I've been poking around in things that can backfire, so. It's a slow game with easy AC, small and cozy.
And Armin has a war prisoner but that's neither here nor there. Basically it's easy to accomplish action and adventure stuff, and sol could happen I think if someone avoided all of the events? I've heard there can be aspects of horror but I haven't seen any yet.

now that I'm done being mortified at myself, that helps, thank you! I am sort of vaguely looking for something a little faster/bigger than JA is (and obviously looking to play canon instead of AU) but the biggest thing is that I'm in the market for a game that doesn't lend itself to SoL so SLAYING GIANTS and such sounds pretty rad. I'll hit you if I have any more questions.

Echoing Armin's player above, the setting leaves a lot of room for activities, and the plots and game events so far have managed to alter and change the setting in reflection of what the PCs have done. February was a slow month all around, most players really got hit hard with life, but even the slow folks are reliable in tagging back!
The village itself has a more positive than negative feeling toward the PCs, slowly improving as long as we don't tear down houses, steal jobs, and sell them off to goblins, you know how it is. The modteam has been good about getting back to folks, and we've only been around for one event, with another upcoming, but it did offer some interesting opportunities for bizarre situations! Which seems to be all the fairy-tale situations, since lbr, none of these kids have any ability to recognize that these are fairy-tale situations, or know really wth to make of magic.
Eren would come in sans Titan-shifting, with the ability to bargain for it back from a rather shady Fox.

Thank you for the info, you're wonderful. I'm not the fastest player in the world but I'm a little leery of things running too slow—if only because I'm looking for something a little faster to balance out the other (little) game I'm in atm—but it all sounds pretty interesting so I'm definitely going to keep it in mind. I'll nose around the comms a bit for sure.

Not as good at keeping prisoners though she keeps slipping out and falling in love with swans when he's not looking. He could really use some help. (But he slayed a wolf on the TD.)
