genessia has a Rei and a Usagi that would love to have Hotaru Tomoe there. It's a slow-to-medium paced game where all powers are kept, and it's easily the most backtag friendly game I've ever been in. It's not horror-based (though some events can go along those lines), and it's completely comm-based.
