How about the_campus? It's a panfandom dressing room, so there's no apps/AC and it's pretty backtag friendly in my experience. Powers are indeed kept. Personally I'd love to see Ryuuko there, but we also have some Batman characters that pop up once in a while (mostly Jason Todd but there's a couple others) so you might be in good company with your comics muses.
