While I can't recommend a game that allows game transplants, but afterliving fits all of your other preferences! It's a game that's set in a school-based afterlife a la Angel Beats - don't worry if you don't know the series, though, it's not necessary!, where characters get to do whatever they want to survive and not disappear.

It's a mix of slice of afterlife along with horror and there's an overarching plot, so why not you give us a look?

For Ganon, all_inclusive allows game transplants and has a current Zelda (not sure which game she's hailing from), and it's backtag friendly and slow/medium paced. The game ad is here for more info.
