I have a Naruto AU game over at sunshineverse I can offer! We're pretty small, no T&B people at all, we have actual missions as part of the plot, and a maybe war on the horizon in game. We mostly have logs, though we have something of a network, it gets used more rarely. Annnnd we're not very quick, while being super backtag friendly. We also allow backdating into eternity if you want to backdate CR with someone from before your character was apped by you too, due to how the game is set up.

If you're alright with species change, mylittlejamjar is slow medium paced with an easy AC, an active logs comm and no T&B characters at the moment, but plenty of other superheroes! It's a SoL/mystery hybrid with regular plot events that tend to involve a fair bit of action. The downside is a 50% power nerf and characters are turned into creatures native to Equestria on arrival.

synodiporia! We have missions! Actually, we have everything there except that since we're not open just yet, I can make no promises about the pace, though we're aiming for medium and we have 20something characters right now so I can't imagine we'll be too horribly fast out the gate.
