It's been a long time since I've canon reviewed for Keiichi or play him regularly, but I think one thing to keep in mind is that if you watch the anime or read the manga that his personality is a bit different between them all. He's more of a genuine pervert in the anime and to a lesser extent in the manga, while his perverted behavior is a straight up facade to tease his friends the majority of the time in the VN.
That's probably the biggest thing: despite being the only main male character, he is (ignoring Satoko) likely the least perverted member of the games club crew. Messing that up is probably the most common problem I've seen with Keiichis, including my own.
It's also important to keep in mind which arc you are playing him from. In the earlier arcs (most obviously in the first one) he is clueless and impulsive which causes him to help mess up each timeline, whereas in the later arcs (due to the subconscious learning from the previous 1,000+ worlds) he is patient (or at the very least capable of telling when he should and shouldn't do things), pacifistic, and perceptive. He is also absolutely trusting of his friends which is part of the reason he's able to keep himself sane and resistant to the virus in later arcs while having little to no resistance to the virus in the earlier ones (again the first one being the most obvious).

As for Mion, I'm probably not in as good a place to offer any advice, but you seem to have her down just fine to me so far. I'd be glad to do memes and such in the future if you want.
