OFFERING
↪ NUI HARIME; kill la kill
↪ LADD RUSSO; baccano!
↪ LAMBDADELTA; umineko

REQUIREMENTS
↪ mostly looking for nui, but decided to put up lambda and ladd as well because they're all similar in character type.
↪ if you're offering specifically to nui, MUST allow recent canon; no grace/waiting period before i can get to apping.
↪ i'd prefer apps to be open soon if not open already for nui! the other two can wait for canonreview.
↪ comm-based strongly preferred, but not about to write off a game for being journal-based.
↪ horror VERY MUCH adored. throw your horror settings at me...!
↪ but i will have to pass on a sex game unless it offers something very unique.
↪ BACKTAG FRIENDLY BACKTAG FRIENDLY BACKTAG FRIENDLY
↪ a few castmates are okay, but i'd really prefer to be a lone canon warrior.
↪ power nerfing either at a minimum/not at all for nui; complete/mostly nerfed preferred for lambda and ladd. i can consider it if things otherwise fit, though.
↪ restrictive settings are something i'd like to avoid. this mostly applies to characters in-game; not even slightly interested in playing out a "curbstomped by 20 heroes at once for doing something villainous and forced into a life sentence served in solitary confinement" plot.

HI, I have a Kill la Kill cast forming over at [community profile] savetheearth and I am searching to fill it! I presently have a Ryuko, and reserves for a Mako, Gamagoori, and Satsuki (forgive me for name derping, I'm reading from the list and need to actually watch yet); if this is too big a cast, I apologize in advance, but just in case, I'll keep talking. To start with, I'll get the big stuff off the table first. Save the Earth is an AU game; characters have been reincarnated into new lives, and regain memories, powers, and possessions from their former selves over time. We're just entering the second "season" of play, so the setting's expanded, and the plot is once again in full swing. The game is very plot-heavy; players have many, many chances to jump right in and change things, and the question isn't "what can I do" but "what happens if I do this".

As a result of the setting, you start with a normal character but can accelerate to having powers pretty much as quickly as you like, especially with castmates; the game is comm-based and apps open in a couple of days, on the first. The only other thing I think might be a mark against me is that I only have two settings near to hand, though you have a decent amount of freedom within them: a city on the south end of New Jersey, or Las Vegas.

Eh, a toss-up now that I read what I've written here, but if it sounds like something you're interested in, that'd be spectacular, and I can field questions if you've any to ask; if not, that's fair too. Happy hunting, in any event!

Oh man, I hadn't considered STE for Nui. I played in it ages and ages ago and found it a bit fast-- I doubt that it's any slower going off of the comms & growth-- but I'd be willing to give it a good try! The premise is one of my favorites out of games I'm aware of, after all.

Thinking about it, AU (or semiau to be exact) does seem pretty cool for a LOT of reasons. So if nothing else catches me as hard as STE does, I'll definitely look to applying!

Thank you for your recommendation!
